At Cloud Telecom Solutions<\/strong> we can install and configure an SMS Platform to suite your needs, you can then access all the features for all your virtual numbers and sms services via the web portal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Web Portal :<\/strong><\/em> Full access to our web portal<\/a> for configuring your virtual mobile numbers, sms and any of the features shown below<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multi User :<\/em><\/strong> You can have one administration user for all your virtual mobile numbers or one user per number<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multisite Platform :<\/em><\/strong> We also have a multisite platform for which is ideal for connecting many customers who only have a few virtual mobile numbers each<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two Factor Authentication to Email :<\/em><\/strong> The ability to forward two factor authentication (2fa) messages to one or many email addresses<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group Numbers :<\/em><\/strong> The ability to set a virtual mobile number as a group number, any mobile numbers added to the group will receive the group sms messages and also be able to send sms messages to the group number, member numbers of the group can be virtual mobile numbers or they can also be numbers supplied by other carriers eg Telstra, Optus etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auto Reply :<\/em><\/strong> The ability to set an auto reply message, this message will automatically be sent to the sender once received<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Record Content<\/strong> :<\/em><\/strong> The ability to enable or disable recording of the sms messages, these message can be viewed in your web portal<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disable SMS to Receiver :<\/em><\/strong> The ability to disable sms messages from being sent to the original targeted number<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Block Numbers :<\/em><\/strong> The ability to block unwanted numbers from sending you messages, this can be done via the web portal<\/a> or by replying to the message with a control command, e.g. Block Number plus your PIN (Block Number 1234), the sender will receive an preset sms message that you would have previously setup<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Block Numbers by User :<\/em><\/strong> The ability to block unwanted numbers for all Virtual Mobile Numbers assigned to the same user, the user can add the required numbers to block via the web portal<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SMS Control Commands :<\/em><\/strong> We have created a list of control commands<\/a> to control all of the features in the sms platform, this was developed for those users that do not have access to the web portal<\/a> or want to activate or de activate features remotely, you can do this by sending an sms to your own virtual mobile number and include in the text of the message the control command and your security pin number, you will also receive an sms confirmation once the control command has been successfully activated<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supplier Independant :<\/em><\/strong> The SMS Platform is compatible with many suppliers, if you have an account with one of these suppliers then you can connect your account to the platform, alternatively we can also supply the services for you, generally we may be more competitive or have some additional benefits having your virtual numbers with us directly<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Endpoint Independant :<\/strong><\/em> The SMS Platform is compatible with many customers endpoints, if we don’t have one available for you now then contact us <\/a>and we can built and integration for you<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CRM Integration :<\/em><\/strong> We can integrate with any CRM Platform that has an Application Programing Interface (API)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Billing Integration :<\/em><\/strong> If you are a Reseller Customer of ours and are already using our Sip Trunking Services via PP Enterprise Group then our SMS Platform is fully compatible with their Retail Billing Solution<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International SMS Routing :<\/em><\/strong> Using additional international numbers and linking them in a Master \/ Slave relationship allows us to be able to use one number to send and receive SMS to multiple countries, international SMS is not available on a lot of virtual number suppliers so this feature allows us to offer international SMS services to many countries<\/p>\n\n\n\n
